| 1971 CORVETTE COUPE. Gorgeous 1971 marlboro maroon corvette coupe.this car was sold by our dealership 6 months ago and was sold back to our dealership last week due to the owners of this vehicle moving to europe.while in their posssession the vehicle was only driven 150 miles in 6 months and was always garaged in heated garage and is still in the great condition when it left our showroom 6 months ago. This car has had just three owners. Car is equipped with the numbers matching 454 cu in.365+hp V-8 (LS-5) motor. The motor on this car has been recently rebuilt. Over $6k in receipts. There are less then 2000 miles on the rebuild. This car sounds great and drives and handles fantastic. Automatic transmission shifts good. Great selling feature for the wife. Black leather interior,power steering and brakes,tilt/tele,headers,am/fm kenwood stereo. This car looks super. The undercarriage,frame and window pillers are in excellent condition. This car is the last year for the highly sought after high horsepower big block motor.Only 5097 of the 2180 corvettes produced this year had this option. Interior of this car is super clean. This car has been garage kept and it shows. This is the second to last year for the populer removable rear window. You would have a very difficult time finding a nicer big block coupe. Every year these cars continue to increase in value. EXTERIOR: marlboro maroon--super nice condition. The body on this car is very straight. The car's paint has a nice lustrous shine. Overall exterior condition is very nice for a 35 year old car. The car was professionally repainted about 2-1/2 years ago. The original color of this car was mille migila red (repainted due to owner's personal preference) on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest the paint on this car would rank about at 9.0. This muscle car classic looks super and sounds even better (one small spider on the hood about the size of nickel.) drive or show. INTERIOR:black leather interior-- dash,door panels,seats and carpeting are in excellent condition. Center console and instrumentation cluster is also in great condition. No cracks. The interior of this car is very clean. Very nice overall appearance. All gauges seem to function properly with the exception of the clock. Storage compartments are in good condition. They are not cracked up like you see on many other C-3 corvettes. FRAME: excellent-clean and very solid. Garaged kept in climate controlled setting TIRES: radials: cooper cobra radial GT's: white lettered: 80-90% estimated tread life. No spare tire or carrier. It was removed when rear spring was replaced, and never was reinstalled. BRAKES: good. Car brakes straight. WHEELS: original rally wheels with beauty rings and centers. Clean and in nice condition. BUMPER/EMBLEMS: chrome door handles,front bumper and emblems are all in nice condition. Rear bumpers have some minor light scratches and would need to be rechromed for show quality. This car is a super nice driver. It has been very well maintained. The body and frame on this car is excellent. This car is very tight. Brake lights,turn signals,and wiper tray all function properly. Tech,odometer,and speedometer all work. This is a turn key car. You will be amazed at the way this car drives. The fiber optics work on this car. 1971 marked the last year for this feature.
